I may be small, but I am very serious about my adventure boxes.

Each box is packed with care and sent out as a special little keepsake from my travels. Because of this, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Refunds are also not offered for change-of-mind purchases.Please make sure you read the product description carefully before placing your order.

If Something Is Wrong

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, that is different.

In that case, please contact me within 7 days of delivery through the Contact page and include your order number and photos if possible.

If there is a real issue with your order, I will review it and decide the best way to help, which may include:

• a replacement
• a partial refund
• or a full refund

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, you must contact me as soon as possible.

Once your box has been packed or shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

Simba’s adventure boxes are packed with a lot of thought, and once they begin their journey, they are not meant to come back.
