Processing Time

I usually pack and send orders within 1–2 business days.

During holidays, special releases, or busier times, I may need a little extra time to get everything ready. Thank you for being patient with me.

Shipping Rates

I do not offer free shipping right now. Shipping costs are added separately at checkout based on where the box is going and which shipping method is selected.

Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the carrier. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be shared when available.

I currently ship to the destinations available at checkout. If your location is not listed, please feel free to reach out before placing your order.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. I try my best, but I cannot be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delays

Once a package begins its journey, delivery is handled by the carrier. I cannot promise carrier timing or take responsibility for delays outside my paws, but I will always do my best to help if something goes wrong.
